* By promoting Zetacash.com, you must be of legal age to join and promote our sites.

* Only one account is allowed per company or organization.

* We do not accept webmasters using non adult freehosts such as geocities, tripod, and angelfire.

* We reserve the right to deny any webmaster admittance into our program for using illegal content, if the webmaster is located in a high fraud area, or for any other reason. ZetaCash accepts English only traffic.

* By signing up you understand and acknowledge that ZetaCash will send out emails (newsletters, latest news and newest gallery urls) to all webmasters that join.

* You may NOT hot link any of our banners from our server, if you do, you WILL be cancelled without pay.

* E-mail spamming is strictly prohibited unless your list is double opt in.

* ZetaCash will not be held responsible for loss due to downtimes resulting from complications with hosting equipment or technical errors.

* ZetaCash reserves the right to cancel this program at any time, without prior notification. In such cases you will be notified immediately and paid for ALL accumulated funds up to that point in time, except in cases where it is determined you have cheated by violating this agreement in any way YOU WILL NOT BE PAID!!

* ZetaCash reserves the right to change the payout rate with a 3 day notice.

* ZetaCash reserves the right to terminate any account at anytime without notice.

Fraudulent Activities.
If you attempt to defraud our system by generating false or fraudulent hits or sign-ups, you will be prosecuted to the full extent of the law. We monitor all hits and sign-ups to ensure they are not generated falsely. If you signup to a paysite using your own linking code, we will consider your account to be fraud and you will not be paid at all.

Rules On Traffic.
You are free to generate traffic by any method that is not in violation of the terms herein.
Sending any hits from any URL's that contain and/or promote the following content, programs or linking practices without the prior written consent of the Administration will result in the IMMEDIATE cancellation of the account from which the hits were sent and the forfeiture of any funds owed to that account: child pornography, bestiality, warez, newsgroup postings, spam e-mails, Mp3, unlicensed content or any other site we deem illegal. We do not give second chance when dealing with webmasters who promote these kinds of sites, and consider it a serious issue which only harms our industry!

Charge backs.
ZetaCas reserves the right to disable a Webmaster’s account if they have a unusually high number of charge-backs and refunds as decided in the sole and unfettered discretion of ZetaCas. Your payout will be forfeited as partial damages under the terms of this agreement.

Ways To Get Paid.
Wires: CCBILL pays by wire transfers once you filled and fax'ed them the appropriate wire transfer form.

Checks: CCBILL pays by check by default.

All funds are paid by check in U.S. funds.
